The final game of the 2025 Corrigan Sports Enterprises “College Lacrosse Live Series” will pit two of the greatest programs in history against one another as the Cornell Big Red and Syracuse Orange battle for the crown of New York. Both teams enter the year with hopes of a national championship and expect to be in the fight for the top ranked team in the country. This matchup will be the first time in the 107 game history, dating back to 1920, that Cornell and Syracuse will play at a neutral site. Last year they met in one of the games of the year, which ended by Cornell winning 18-17 in a double overtime thriller.

Two New York based teams, playing in a neutral site game on Long Island throws out the idea of home field advantage, so anticipate the stands at Mitchel Field on April 12th to be rocking with Red and Orange.
